Dear Jess, i rather like your close up idea for the front cover image as it challenges existing conventions of other magazines on the market. I believe this magazine's target market group would be maybe 14+. I think this has potential to be successful. Yours faithfully.
Jess, i like the idea of a bold title and a close up image. however you need to think of a title and from the pitch there is nothing to suggest it is a music magazine, apart from that it looks very good.

Like the idea of a bold title as well as a defined close up image. It will be interesting to see how you incorperate a white title. However its hard to think that this looks like a music magazine. i like the idea of the main aritcle being minimal as it creates a big impact. i like the idea of it being a Cross over of 2 differnet magazines being your USP (:
I think the idea is really unique because of the fashion and music twist to the magazine but I think you need to represent that it is a fashion and music magazine. I like the idea of bright simple font and a white title keeping the cover minimalistic and simple. Also the idea of having a close up image on the front will be effective and unusual.
